Welcome to Aether Weather. By installing, accessing, or using the Aether Weather mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of the Application

Aether Weather grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal, non-commercial weather information purposes.

2. Weather Information & Disclaimers

Meteorological predictions, radar information, and severe weather warnings are aggregated from public and third-party meteorological sources. While we strive for accuracy, weather conditions can be volatile and unpredictable.

Aether Weather is intended as an informational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for life-critical decisions during natural disasters.
Always follow instructions issued by local emergency management and civil defense authorities during severe weather events.

3. Intellectual Property

All graphical assets, branding, user interfaces, and code relating to Aether Weather are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of the developer.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
