Welcome to AuraWallpaper AI. By installing, accessing, or using the AuraWallpaper AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Personal Wallpaper License

AuraWallpaper AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to preview, customize, export, and apply the curated 4K UHD AI artworks and 4D Parallax scenes strictly for personal, non-commercial customization of your mobile device Lock Screen and Home Screen.

2. Platform Capabilities (Android & iOS)

• Android Devices: Supports 1-tap Home/Lock/Both wallpaper application, simultaneous Double Wallpaper setup (Android N+), 4-Layer 120Hz Live Wallpaper service, and periodic background Auto-Changer via JobScheduler.
• iOS Devices: Due to iOS system sandboxing, third-party applications cannot silently modify the system Lock Screen or Home Screen wallpaper. On iOS, AuraWallpaper AI exports the 4K UHD artwork to your Photo Library (using write-only PhotoKit permission) so you can apply it via iOS Settings > Wallpaper.

3. Intellectual Property & C2PA Provenance

All bundled 4K UHD wallpapers, multi-layer parallax assets, custom iconography, UI designs, and source code are owned by AuraWall Studio and embedded with ISO 19566-5 JUMBF (c2pa.claim) provenance manifests. Redistribution, resale, or commercial repackaging of the bundled artworks is prohibited.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as platform policies or features evolve. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
